HyperProbe at ECR 2025

HyperProbe has been represented at the European Congress of Radiology 2025 (ECR), which took place from the 26th of February to the 2nd of March 2025.

ECR is an annual meeting organized by the European Society of Radiology (ESR). It is the leading radiology event in Europe, the second-largest radiological meeting in the world, and one of the largest medical conferences in Europe. The congress gathers professionals from across the radiology field, including radiologists, radiographers, physicists, computer scientists, and industry representatives.

Ivan Ezhov presented the HyperProbe project during his talk: “HyperProbe: transforming brain surgery by advancing functional-guided neuronavigational imaging.” His presentation highlighted novel optical imaging technologies designed to aid neurosurgery, emphasizing the potential of hyperspectral imaging for non-invasive diagnosis. Additionally, he demonstrated how hyperspectral imaging can overcome current limitations in neuronavigation, offering new opportunities for more precise and effective brain surgery.
